At Trendyy, we care about our customers. If you’re not happy with your order, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

Returns

• You can request a return within 5–7 days after receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags.

• Damaged, used, or sale items cannot be returned.

How to Return

• Email us at trendyy.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, we’ll share the return details.

• Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer (unless the product is wrong or defective).

Refunds / Coupons

• After receiving your return, we’ll inspect it and confirm by email.

• Instead of cash refunds, we’ll issue a coupon of equal value for your next purchase.

• Delivery charges are not refundable.

Exchange

• Exchanges are only available if the item is defective or damaged.

• Contact us within 5–7 days at trendyy.pk@gmail.com for an exchange request.
