  • We currently offer Standard Shipping all over Pakistan.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are shipped the next working day.

  • Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days for most cities.

  • In remote areas, it may take up to 7 days depending on courier routes and conditions.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed — courier delays or weather may affect delivery time.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders across Pakistan.

  • No hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the total amount you pay.

3. Order Processing

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing starts immediately after you place your order.

  • For online payments, orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Courier Services

We partner with reliable courier companies across Pakistan to ensure safe and fast delivery.
If you prefer a specific courier for your area, you can mention it at checkout — we’ll try to accommodate your request if possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
Please note: tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.
We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or compensation as needed.
Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive the parcel.

7. Delays
